Blue Wren
Blue Wren has a studio style living area with eat-in kitchenette, queen bed and a 'hidden' bathroom with walk-in-shower. The small cottage is free standing with a deck that looks out over the property. With parking right in front it's the most popular choice for a cozy and short stay.

Egret
Egret is ideal for a large family, friends or couples holidaying together but who like privacy when they want it. This villa can be streamed into two self contained sections by an intermediate double door. Egret is a modern and luxuriously furnished villa with a full glass facade giving long views from each room. From the full length deck everyone can relax together with drinks in hand and also enjoy a private barbecue if the choice is to stay in. Right in front is a lake with four resident ducks and at times an elusive platypus can be seen. Comfortable parking for three cars is adjacent - we say book that perfect get-away and start looking forward to an idyllic holiday destination.

Heron
Heron offers a wide panorama over grasslands and over the pond where ducks and native hens can be seen, during warmer months a solitary swamp harrier courses low over the marshes looking for prey. Comfortable for two to three guests with a spacious open-plan living and a kitchen with all conveniences. The long deck is perfect for relaxed drinks and to have a private barbecue if you decide to stay in. Heron is fitted out to suit a disabled person, there is an extra spacious bathroom and easy access and parking. With two bedrooms, King bed and King-single bed, it's the ideal get-away to stay longer for sightseeing around Bay of Fires, reading and taking walks on the property with the binoculars and the guide to spot the many birds living here.

Oystercatcher
Pied Oystercatcher confers on it's guests a varied landscape with wide views over George Bay and Lease 65 oyster beds. A natural panorama unfolds in every direction from this apartment style villa, ideal for longer stays with a cook's kitchen and a private laundry. Two comfortably large bathrooms and bedrooms with either a King- or Queen bed for choice. There is a gas lit log-fire for cool evenings, a veranda for catching stupendous sunsets and of course relaxing drinks and reading books in this private setting that enjoys all day sun. Oystercatcher is a sanctuary by itself, you can feel secluded here and sense the stillness. There is no traffic from other villas to bother you, parking is for two cars and immediately in front of this generously spaced villa.

About Us
Situated on a slight ridge above native grasses and ponds, each of our villas has a bird guide and binoculars to spot some of the 48 species of bird that live and nest on our 87 acres. There are designated walks around the property taking in all three shorelines and providing ample opportunity to feel free from daily noise and city life. The villas were built in 2016 and are replicas of the original Californian houses designed by Craig Ellwood in the 1950's, each one is finished with a full glass facade that brings the panoramic outdoors to the coziness of your lounge and bedroom. They all have private decks and you can watch a stupendous sunrise or enjoy drinks with a bbq dinner. There is a complementary guest laundry and each villa has immediate parking for multiple cars.We suggest to stay that extra day or two as many of our guests comment, "I wish we had stayed longer ! So much more to enjoy."
