Blue Wren is our cosy studio cottage. There is a queen bed with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and studio style living area with eat-in kitchen. It sits partly tucked away in the garden and overlooks from the front deck some of the 'Çalifornia' designed villas and on to the grasslands towards Georges Bay. Parking is directly in front.

Heron Villa is a comfortable and contemporary designed 'Çalifornia' style villa with two bedrooms and one bathroom that enjoys wide views over the lagoon and across the grassland to Georges Bay. It has a generous open-plan living/dining/kitchen with floor-to ceiling glass doors that open onto the full length deck. The master bedroom has a king bed, a separate walk-in wardrobe and a television. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is an extra large bathroom and separate toilet room.

Kookaburra Loft is a converted barn with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a modest living/dining area and a small kitchen that has sweeping views. Two bedrooms are at ground level; one with a double bed and the other with two king single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom is in the loft and has a queen bed. Again sweeping views are enjoyed from the loft and also from a private small sitting area located at the rear. The bathroom with views .. is at ground level with a spacious walk-in tiled shower and toilet. It's compact but comfortable for 4 people. Parking for two cars is directly in front.

Robin Villa is a cosy studio space with a king bed, built-in wardrobe, television and access to a small private deck. There is a galley-style kitchenette located off the living area and a private bathroom adjacent. The toilet is located inside the bathroom together with a walk-in tiled shower and vanity.

Sandpiper Villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet room. There is a generous living kitchen area that has glass floor-to-ceiling windows/doors that lead out onto the deck. Both bedrooms have queen beds and built-in wardrobes. There is a walk-in tiled shower and vanity in the bathroom and the half bathroom adjacent houses the toilet and a second vanity.

Oystercatcher Apartment is sited close to Georges Bay. Sit back on the Stressless lounge and enjoy expansive horizon sunrises and sunsets. The master suite has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, television and ensuite. Bedroom two is a king size bed, television, built-in wardrobe and the bathroom is adjacent. The generous living kitchen opens onto a private terrace with bbq.
